RevitaGen is committed to transforming regenerative medicine through innovative therapies that harness the body’s natural healing mechanisms. Our flagship product, RevitaCell, is designed to repair damaged tissues using patient-derived stem cells, offering a more effective and personalized approach to healing compared to traditional methods. The current stage of development has resulted in promising preclinical results, demonstrating significant healing benefits in animal models. However, to move forward into human trials and secure FDA approval, we require strategic financial backing. We are seeking investment to not only fund these essential clinical trials but also to strengthen our R&D team, enhance our laboratory capabilities, and expand our marketing efforts for future product launches. Over the next 18 months, our goal is to initiate Phase I clinical trials while developing partnerships with leading healthcare institutions for further research and distribution. Use of funds
