InvestPlatform is a networking and discovery platform. We do not provide financial advice, brokerage services, securities offerings, investment recommendations, custody services or payment processing services.
The platform helps users discover investment cases, investor offers and potential business contacts. Any communication, negotiation or transaction remains the responsibility of the users involved.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure and use the platform only for lawful business networking purposes.
Users must not upload illegal content, spam other users, impersonate third parties, bypass platform access logic or attempt to extract private data.
Credits and access
Deal Credits and Connect Credits are internal access units used to unlock unique platform profiles, cases or investor offers where applicable.
Opening the same unique item again should not require a repeated credit deduction where the platform has already granted access.
No investment advice
Information shown on the platform is provided by users or generated for marketplace presentation. It must not be treated as investment advice, due diligence, legal advice or a recommendation.
Account restrictions
InvestPlatform may restrict, suspend or remove accounts, cases, offers, messages or files that violate platform rules, security requirements or applicable law.
