SmartLease is an innovative real estate technology startup aimed at simplifying the entire leasing process for property owners and tenants. Our platform addresses inefficiencies in property management through an integrated solution that offers online lease agreements, rental payment tracking, maintenance requests, and tenant screening all in one user-friendly application. We’ve conducted extensive market research and designed features tailored to address the pain points of landlords and tenants alike. In 2025, we developed a prototype that successfully facilitated a pilot program with 50 landlords, which generated positive feedback and revealed a strong demand for such a service. This traction validates our business concept and informs our strategy moving forward. Our mission is to empower landlords with tools that minimize vacancy rates and administrative work while ensuring tenants have a smooth renting experience. Use of funds
